Politicians should be required to live in the districts they "represent" not Washington DC. This would avoid the corrupting influence of DC and allow their constituents to spit on them. If you find a good mechanic tell your friends, but be sure to tell the mechanic you appreciate his honesty and skill as a mechanic. Last Christmas I hand-delivered a Christmas card to my mechanic and told him he was a good mechanic and better man. He has taken care of me and my friends and family for at least 25 years.

My dad still has his old astro van thats been through the family van and my teenage sister and is still on the road. Same color as in the video as well. lol And my sister has a serious led foot. So it must be doing something right. Sure its beat to hell now. But the parts that make it go are all still functional.

Affirmative. I basically live in my shop clothes. My best clothes have oil stains on them, and my most official “suit” is a collared shirt, wool sweater, tie and (oil-stained) blue jeans. I charge $20 for a small job, $50 for a large job, and free for tiny jobs or friends (plus parts). I just love the job.

My Uncle owned a 1994 Chevy Astro since it was new. He put over 200,000 miles on it and only got rid of it after he got t-boned and it would cost too much to fix. It was one of the conversion Astros.

My friend worked for a guy who ripped people off, he then left the job and opened his own business. Next time we drive through there the guy's business was going downhill. That was some 7 years ago and my friend's business is still going strong. All word of mouth too.
